Miro
Have you tried running the game in different compatibility modes? What about trying to run it as administrator? Are you using any mods? Try to install the Games for Windows Live Update and the .NET Framework 3.5. Have you tried to un-install and re-install the game? StormyMocha6462
I have Games for Windows Live, and i have tried to run it as administrator, and yes i have mods, LCPD:FR and 2 police cars
Miro
Then I suggest you get rid of each and every mod you have, remove your game settings and in case it still won't load, also un-install and re-install the game, without re-installing the mods as well obviously. CCPD
Try installing one mod at a time and loading the game after each install. It's time consuming but the only way to see which mod/s causes the problem for the game.

radioman
When you did the un-install and re-install, Did you revoke you license BEFORE you un-installed? If not, this can cause problems. Next, You left out A LOT of information that is helpful in determining a solution to your problem, and they are: Do you have the latest SP for the OS? What is your Processor? What is the Processor Speed? What is the Video card? What is the Total Vram? What is the Dedicated vram? Any Mods or Trainers? Any Daemon tools or the like installed on PC?-These can cause problems with games.. Any Screenshots OR Videos to prove the error/problem? Please answer ALL the above questions, so we can better help you.. Why can't people at least post the required information, so it will be quicker and easier to help them?
