Agreed, they show us a preview of an image we've seen before and everyone assumes that's all we'll be seeing. I don't like the way they implied that they'd done all of this work. They better show something new They won't. It probably won't even be as accurate as some of the maps in our own mapping thread. Im sure it took that dude a while to make that but what exactly got accomplished there? Its just drawing on a screenshot and matching colors to real world buildings. I dont see how that helps anyone at all. He didnt make a road map or a 3D model based off of it like some of the other guys in the mapping thread. Well, making it a lot easier for anyone that does want to build a map, as CVG are using it for now. I don't think anyone minds (See Fido's post above) that CVG is using thier work, but I just hope they're propperly credited, because in their tweet they made it sound like they were the ones to create the image fido_le_muet made. They want to construct the entire map (blaine county, etc) the map is the map so why start from scratch when they can start with the 2/4 of the map others have labeled and whatnot and add fully on to that (in video form nonetheless) plus I'm pretty damn sure they'll give credit where credit is due all they wanna do is give us fans a full look at the map! I was asking what was the point of a huge drawing where they match colored outlines to the real world buildings. Wouldnt it make more sense to match them to other screens to get the locations in los santos since la and ls road maps are nothing alike?
