Hello, Could I have a simple LAPD Badge avatar?

 

I'd like this img - http://i.imgur.com/k7TJg7a.png edited. Could I have where it says "Assistant Chief", Police Officer. And than where the stars are, Could I have that replaced with the numbers "1171".

But it was not necessary, I made the original for other LAPD member and can easily edit the text layers or the LAPD svg vector I have.
