Question about the weapons DLC

So, I sent this question to the R* mouthoff today and expect a relatively quick reply tomorrow.

 

Will the additional weapons on the SE and CE be actually added weapons or are they just obtainable through normal means and we get to use them before they are normally unlocked?

 

What do you think?

I hope they are actually extra weapons, cause getting early access is gaaaayyy

But they will only be available in single player.

 

In MP, everyone can either get them, or not.

In MP, everyone can either get them, or not.

That's what I feel. It's called DLC for a reason.
