CCPD
The email address is your main information and since you don't remember it you can't even call customer service about it. What will you say that you have an account that you don't know anything about. There's no easy way they can track it. If there's nothing that can link you to your account the only thing you can do is to register a new one. Did you register your full name, date of birth or gametag at least? Also, try not to double post especially so soon.

CCPD
If there's no personal information that can confirm that it's your account or even find your account on their system, than you'll have to make a new one. radioman
but I don't remember my email or password Something doesn't add up there-ie. How can you not at least remember your e-mail address, when it's something that is used often? Also, Why did you not have it written down someplace where it wouldn't get lost, in case you needed a "hard copy" of it for reference later? You just have to create a new account and let this be a hard lesson learned to write it down in a notebook or on a piece of paper and keep in a safe place for reference later if needed, i'm afraid. I have various emails, and I can't remember which one I used.
CCPD
If you have so many emails you can't try them all to request a password reset, then a new account is your only option.
