When introducing planes, and especially huge passanger planes, you do might question yourself, where does these planes go? and... Transport trucks It seems weird that these would only come back around such small distances, It doesnt just seem to fit... Does huge passanger planes just goes into the desert just outside La In real life? or... does huge trailers make their shipment to the small villages or cities.. Guest Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 For the planes, I suppose that they can fly out to a distance that the player can't So for example, say you followed the passenger jet, and you reached the map limits, you would be turned around but the plane continues. For transport trucks, they could actually have an end destination. Perhaps we could even get the routes beforehand, then set up a roadblock on that route and hijack the truck. There's gonna be a small town or something but I sense rockstar are hiding something - nothing as big as LV or SF but maybe a town or two the size of bohan in IV.. No planes exit los Santos, planes have to stay within the boundaries of los Santos and Blaine county. The main use of an a airmobile is to transport food, drink and supplies around the island. Boats and planes do ship supplies but once they have reached los Santos the delivery man HAS to destroy his/her boat or plane and stay in los Santos indefinitely. The delivery man's job title is widely known as the 'suicide bomber' and is made to sign a contract signing his life to the government. It is mandatory that the delivery man is male and suffers severe depression. Also, each of the character has been implanted with RPG grenade launchers in their forehead and they don't have human legs, rather tiger legs on human bodies. They don't speak, but growl. (and your headshet decipfers the growling) And they can fly. And if you drive Michael/Franklin/Trevor off a cliff in the same car, they become FrakTrichael, an unstoppable juggernaut of Grande Theft Hotto. Nice. We've had big passenger planes in earlier GTA's so you should know how it works and it won't be different. And the same goes for trucks. Just go play SA. This is not Elder Scrolls where there's a small amount of pedestrians and each of them has a specific daily routine that they do so you can follow them around and see them doing things in a decently meaningful way. This is GTA. Every pedestrian and car is randomly spawned based on a number of variables (location, time of day etc..) and while they can act somewhat like they are doing something real, they don't have a final goal. And don't expect it to be any different in V on current consoles. Next GTA might incorporate something a bit better, like when a truck is spawned near you the game does give it an actual end location to which it will drive if you follow it. But not on this one. And still, there will be a lot of town all over the countryside so don't think the map is LS and nothing else.
