It's a Soundtrack/Radio station prediction , though most is what we already figure will be present in the game. Thanks? you're welcome =D honestly i just looked for oldest topic with 0 replies, this is my idea of a joke about people replying "useless thread" to topics they don't like. my fingers are crossed for Lazlo to be back. the IGN article says nothing about talk radio and predicts like 5 varieties of EDM station; while there might be more than one electronic music station, i really doubt that R* will be such scene kids to break up the radio into 4 different subcategories of dubstep stations.
