I made a video a long while back before we knew much about V about how San Fierro and Las Venturas would be in the game. Everybody saying that's the San Fierro bridge, it's not, it's the light thingy. That looks like a factory to the left in the background, not another city as well. BUT may I show you something that I pointed out in the video regarding the San Fierro Bridge...

 

 

 

Watch at the very beginning at the San Fierro section. The bridge doesn't really like this one, and plus it's red.

When I look at that I see industrial refinery type structures more than skyscrapers/buildings due to the lack of windows and overall smoothness.

The left may be a smallish town, given by how lo the power lines are. If it was in the middle of nowhere, I would assume we would see those high cables, which are thicker.

 

To the back, I am not so sure. I have no faith that this is a bridge to another city. If indeed it is a bridge, then it may be to a smaller island or something. Somebody posted a pic of an electrical tower, and they look identical...

Very far fetched but because talking about hidden stuff, at left wall there's text "one tarp". Flipped to "Part one"?( i think someone else has find it also..) and up there LS has these utility pole. So "part two" (city) might be behind that cuban prop wheres that another utility pole?..

The two graffiti images "one" and "tarp" should be treated as separate, I believe. Expect to see the same graffiti over and over throughout the city, most of it randomly placed and with no significant meaning, similar to what we saw in GTA IV.

If you can't tell that it is an electrical tower, and are still convinced it's something else, then you have quite the stubborn imagination. If you have quite the stubborn imagination, you can make your self believe anything, so you probably still think Santa Clause is real, so you must be like 10 years old. I don't get the obsession over trying to find every detail making believe it points to another city when nothing does. I just don't get it.

This is clearly the farming area East of Lost Santos. If you look at the blue print its represented by a hatched area.

May I suggest the structures to the left MAY be the GTA V version of the Green Palms Oil Refinery from San Andreas.

 

It's just a hunch, but the most right of the structures look a bit cylindrical, like tanks. Could be way off though.

You're forgetting that the map is completely different from the SA variation. You do realise that instead of having SF and LV in Rockstar added a big Los Angeles County/Nevada styled desert area?
