Cause i can recall seeing bulletholes in Franklin's trailer when he shoots someone from up close and also the guy on the balcony who gets shot by a sniper. GTA IV only showed red big spots on bodies. Maybe he misunderstood the question and that you meant gore like...decapitations or whatsoever? It absolutely makes no not to put MP3's bullet holes and blood in it.
