He said Las Venturas will be in V No he didn't ...He didn't even come close to typing anything that could even slightly resemble a phrase stating Las Venturas will be in GTA V. Even if is legit there's nothing new in his post, so is bullsh*t anyway. The time slowdown when you are in the weapon wheel is new. I don't think a preview mentioned that before.
