Chekoloco
Guys, i just saw this answers from R* about the pre-orders on R* newswire... R* K50 minutes ago @xXHerbyXx Hey guys, there will be a unique unlock code for access to the blimp included in all pre-ordered copies of the game. R* K38 minutes ago @andrespg1995 All pre-orders - no matter where they were placed and including those placed before this announcement - will get access to fly the blimp. So, if we buy the game on a store after the release, we dont get the codes?... or maybe the codes will be leaked here or in other sites....maybe people will try to sell it too.... EDDS
Pre order codes are unique, so even if one is put online it will only be able to be used once.
Shoumaker
I believe I read somewhere that everyone will have access to the blimp at one point in the story-line. It's just that people who pre-order the game will get access to it from the start. I'm hoping someone could confirm on this, I'm very confused with all this stuff at the moment. I'm assuming that's the gist of it, yeah. Much the same with the Hotknife, Khamelion and CarbonRS. Also, they specifically said that you would gain access to the 'Atomic Blimp' - what if there's another Blimp, just without the Atomic livery? BeardedxMic
Pre-order codes are usually on the receipt, or received through email. So that's how that goes.

You mentioned in GTAV.net that the Special edition will contain Stunt Plane Trials, Special Ability Boosts, Bonus outfits, tattoos and Additional weapons and the Collectors edition will also feature Unique vehicles and garage property. I hope R* don't do what EA do with most of their titles. Clearly they are doing this to boost the pre-order sales but I hope people who don't have the ability to purchase the special version or collectors edition (Me for example since I'm in Bangladesh). get all these stuff as well later in the game as well or I would be fairly disappointed. I believe this is the first time R* are doing something like this. In MP3 special edition you got Multiplayer skins I believe which is okay since it's not really an important part of the game. Maybe you can pre-order one of the versions with some friend or familiar on a country surround you...and get all the stuff
Shoumaker
Maybe you can pre-order one of the versions with some friend or familiar on a country surround you...and get all the stuff The thing is it sounds easy to get when someone suggests it but in reality it is a lot more complex to get a hand on these things. And I'd rather get a confirmation first before I even attempt to get it. Because of the extra features it still isn't enough for me to buy one of those editions as I feel they should be available in the normal version of the game as well but only available later. I guess we'll have to wait and see on this one then OP because we can't tell really unless R* confirm it.

Shoumaker
Doesn't Amazon deliver in India Shoumic? I'm not from India dude. I'm from Bangladesh the small country which neighbors India. And I haven't been able to get them to ship any video games thus far. You can order other stuff like cell phones etc but for some reason video games don't come here. wwinterj
Chances are you could go into a store a day or two after release and get a new copy of the game with the code inside. Better making a pre-order though just to be sure. Any pre order stuff or in-game content will either be unlocked in the game or be put up for everyone to download, free or paid at some point. There no doubt will be a game of the year version also further down the road with all DLC included. I'm getting the normal edition and will buy the DLC at a later date if it's not unlocked in the game. Possibly with the R*pass if it's worth my cash assuming they have one. Nothing to be worried about. Edited May 28, 2013 by wwinterj

Yeah, the thing is I don't think R* will confirm at some point before release that all the bonus extras are obtainable or accessible through the storyline (i.e. complete 100% or so). Because if they did, then a lot of - or at least: some - people wouldn't buy/pre-order the special or collectors edition and they would lose money. It's all just marketing and that's how it works. Why spend more money on a special edition when you can obtain them later in the game after completing some parts? It only costs time. But who knows, maybe they are exclusive after all.
