gtamann123
We are getting mixed messages about the graphics because some previews have completely unrealistic expectations. For some reason they expect next gen graphics from a current gen game. If you look at it for what it is (a current gen game) it looks pretty good. KemKel
Would you prefer waiting 10 secs on that or a black screen with a white spinning logo? Hell f*cking no.
d3ex2
I know PS3's can't fully utilise SSD's but I wonder if it's worth sticking one in to reduce loading/switching times and pop in. I would seriously buy a small capacity SSD purely for installing GTA V on it. I have a 320GB 5400RPM HD in my PS3 and I'd keep that for all the other games and just switch to SSD when I'm playing GTA V. I don't even know if that's possible though. Or would it just be easier to stick a 7200RPM HD in? I don't know if there would be much difference between a 7200RPM HD and a SSD in a PS3. Freezer89
RAM matters in this situation, yes. But it's not that big of a problem as you think it is. I have Simple Native Trainer installed in my GTA IV and when I teleport from one end of the city to the other, it takes less than a second, believe me. You can't really compare this feature with the other one. First of all, you play it on PC. Secondly it's a teleport not a seamless transistion from one to another area. And lastly, LC is tiny compared to the map of V. Also it doesn't look very nice with telporting to an area and then you see all the textures, buildings etc loading. Even if it only takes one second to load them all. Sure, whatever you say. Are you already giving up? But seriously, these are most likely the reasons why it's different from that. And I am certainly not the only one who thinks like that.

Only premises or surmises can be drawn.
FAH-Q
BREAKING NEWS: You can't please everyone. There's bound to be at least someone who doesn't like the graphics.
