xXxGtaFr3akxXx
What do you think will happen when we reach the world limit it GTA V will it send us back or just have an invisible wall and will the textures change?
Finn 7 five 11
Probably turned around so we don't end up like an hour away from land if we kept going on an unlimited sea. Perhaps after a long time you come across a small sandy island with a palm tree in the middle. Not much more 5 Square metres.
poklane
Same as IV. If you're in the water too long you start dying, and if you fly away too far you first get a warning and if you keep going you blow up.
Jakee.
Well, in San Andreas when you left the area it said "Turn back, your homies need you" and I am sure if you carried on much further it fired lock-on missiles that you just couldn't dodge. I prefer that over just miraculously blowing up.
Tupiz
Same as IV. If you're in the water too long you start dying, and if you fly away too far you first get a warning and if you keep going you blow up. That was only in multiplayer.

eclaireN7
Same as IV. If you're in the water too long you start dying, and if you fly away too far you first get a warning and if you keep going you blow up. Since when has that happened???
BeardedxMic
I'd prefer a little quip from whatever character I was at the time, and then turning around the vehicle to any random explosion. Of course the explosion could be from Michael seeing as he's the "CONFIRMED ANTAGONIST"
Above
Eternal ocean like in GTAIV.
lethal kitty
Invisible wall or the never ending ocean. Or maybe a desert
jonnie123
Eternal ocean like in GTAIV. But what about underwater? In fact do you think the entire underwater area is modeled and explorable?
gtamann123
Same as IV. If you're in the water too long you start dying, and if you fly away too far you first get a warning and if you keep going you blow up. That was only in multiplayer. Single player too. One time I got into a boat and drive straight for about an hour continuously and I just dropped dead.
alex3
Eternal ocean like in GTAIV. But what about underwater? In fact do you think the entire underwater area is modeled and explorable? The details under water will probably fade out if you dive far enough out in the ocean, and it will result in eternal sand.
KemKel
I doubt an invisible barrier type of thing.

Ex Hellraiser
As unoriginal a post I am about to make, I see no other option that makes as much sense: Same as IV.
KemKel
Or eternal depth.. That would be intresting...

That would be intresting... really deep environment where it's pitchblack and where strange fish swim around... oooh, the possibilities... Oh nice one. We couldn't dive that deep because it would crush us... and that's why there's a sub!

MikeyBelic
If it's a plane/helicopter I'd love it if after a certain point the equipment fails and you descend into the ocean.
DS 17
I think it will be the same way like it has been in IV. So the player will get killed when the ultimate end is reached.
KemKel
I think it will be infinite. As in you fly across the ocean and into the night sky, literally into the stary night sky only to break the atmosphere and continue on to other planetary systems... LennonNL
I've never gone out far enough in IV to see what happens... I thought it was just eternal sea? Probably turned around so we don't end up like an hour away from land if we kept going on an unlimited sea. Perhaps after a long time you come across a small sandy island with a palm tree in the middle. Not much more 5 Square metres. I don't think this has ever happened... Same as IV. If you're in the water too long you start dying, and if you fly away too far you first get a warning and if you keep going you blow up. I'm pretty sure this is battlefield 3! Dope_0110
What does it matter really. It will probably be infinite sea and the underwater will be some procedurally generated sand with some weeds, shells and whatever just to make it a bit more interesting.
