Dr Kain
I don't think Las Venturas is big or interesting enough to warrent its own game.. especially on Next Gen consoles. We may see San Fierro in the future. I've mentioned this before but I can see the San Fierro Bay Area being the setting of GTA VI. It would be very interesting to see a DLC or Vita game showing the gangs exploits in Las Venturas either before or after V. While I will agree, I would love to see it done in a realistic manner as I loved the neon lights in SA.
mooby346
FWIW, I stopped in at Gamestop today to preorder, and they said the rumors they heard was that V will probably come out on next gen consoles around June of next year. Obviously that's nothing more than a rumor, so take it at face value, but I wouldn't be surprised if R* did port the game to next gen consoles. It would just be another source of revenue while they take 5+ years to make the next game.
MikeyBelic
Yeah it's going next gen, but it'll be DLC, not worth it doing it diskform.

Its interesting you should say that because when I was pre-ordering my Collector's Edition in my local Gamestop the girl behind the counter looked at the screen and said to her colleague "Oh look they have the game listed for Xbox One" and I said "They have GTA V listed for Xbox One?" and she said "Uhh.. no they just have a list of games for the Xbox One here" and I said "But not GTA V no?" and she said no. She probably did say games (plural) in the first instance but why would a list of Xbox One games come up when she was pre-ordering a copy of GTA V?? Just seems kinda strange. .dre.
Maybe it'll be a first time a GTA gets a direct sequel with all three protagonists returning (after their last big heist each goes their own separate way only to meet up again 3 years later)...this time the whole San Andreas is open and up for grabs. With a Las Venturas heist.
NostalgiaIsABitch
I remember being in high school jumping for joy when I heard Take Two registered GTA Bogota and Tokyo as trademarks. As well as Sin City, whatever that is. http://www.ign.com/articles/2004/01/12/tak...ters-gta-bogota It's funny how 10 years later, still no clue what was going on with that. Actually, decided to check the United States Patent and Trademark Office website. Unfortunately, Tokyo and Bogota were abandoned a few days apart in April 2007, around the time that IV was announced. Sin City was abandoned in October 2007, around the time that IV was supposed to release. Really makes you wonder what was going through their minds. It'd be weird having a GTA with (not trying to sound racist) a strong Asian presence. Just because I think we're too used to an American culture and environment. dooshtoomun
They probably will get around to it. GTAV's release is too close to the release of next gen consoles for R* not to.
Kill Frenzy!
I don't see a DLC set in San Fierro or Las Venturas. We'll probably get a DLC like IV had but much more better of course. I believe next to Grand Theft Auto V will come Grand Theft Auto VI around 2017-2018 with the development starting in 2015 with all previous cities together. I would like to see that, anyways Take Two Interactive promised this. They said if you can travel from San Andreas to Liberty City you can also travel from San Andreas to Vice City Edited July 27, 2013 by Smaaske
NUCLEARBLAST91
This should be moved to the GTA Series Section.
TotesMagotes
San Fierro and Las Venturas aren't good enough for their own games.
