gui_olecio
In GTA IV, the enemies were 'hard' to kill. We shot them and they keep down, but alive. Sometimes they try to get up, but pretend to die when we aim them. They kept moving constantly and it was annoying. RDR is the opposite. The enemies die really fast. Sometimes they die instantly by the legshots. A little 'disapponting' because we had bullet wound this time, and it would be nicer play with them before killing them. Anyway, how do you want the bullet damage to work this time? I think the middle ground between IV and RDR the best way.
RichyB
People were not hard to kill in IV, at all. You hit a head shot and they die right away, you hit them anywhere else they might get back up and stumble off. Shoot them more than once and you know they aren't getting back up. Polish_Trucker
One thing annoyed me was when you shot them in the leg for example, they would keel over as if there stomach was injured I hope they fix this..
GrahfTheEmperor
The damage should be, realisticaly, proportional with the area being shot. So, if you shot someone in the leg, they should have trouble getting up and walking/running. Shoot someone in the shoulder and disarm him. Shoot someone in the heart, and he dies. I mean the bodyshots. They always get knockdown before dying. We can see the head moving and sometime they try to get up.
Input
In IV, I thought they were hard to kill. sh*t, I'd shoot someone and they would drop their gun and fall down, then like 5 seconds later get up and start limping away. I never played RDR so I have no opinion on that.
nigelhere9901
Max Payne 3's system would be fine.

S1LV3R_W0LF
I want to make them look like a "Swiss Cheese" after spraying them with my mini gun, which means realistic wounds and for that we also need realistic reactions to them. I remember a game that is quite old, but I can't recall the name now but was an FPS and was the most realistic game back then and probably now too, you could shoot the enemy anywhere you wanted and there would be wounds there, in fact if you shot him with as shotgun in the stomach you would get the enemy guts out. We don't need that kind of gore but was fun to play around with what you could turn the enemies into, with shots in the leg, the head and so on.
