Is GTA5 copy and paste vehicles from GTA4/S.A?

Look at the Ambulance from GTA4 in GTA5 (Nothing change)

 

Can you tell me if this ambulance is just a beta or there's more than one version of this ambulance?

They obviously won't copy/paste vehicles from GTA SA, they're way too low-poly for a 2013 game.

 

That being said, I see no problem with them copying vehicles from GTA IV there's nothing wrong with those models. Some new textures may be in order though.

They probably changed some things slighty. They also copied cars from III to VC and from VC to SA and gave them just a few changes.

That's from trailer one. It's over a year old and has almost definitely been changed. Notice how we haven't seen that, the old Vapid cruiser, or the Maverick since then? They've likely been scrapped or will be accompanied by newer versions.

Well, that ambulance was seen in trailer one so no doubt it must have been changed since then. For example, the police car in the first trailer and the helicopter have both been changed from their IV looking counterparts.

it's the other way around.. they left the vehicles and copy pasted in some palmtrees. It's easier

The red "No Smoking" sign at 0:29 of the secound trailer, is identical to those seen in GTA IV's various bars.

Yeah there will be some vehicle who are copied and pasted like with vice city and san andreas.

 

Look at the sandking on VC and SA.

I prefer a mix of New & old cars.. And anyway since car customization is in the game, you can upgrade it so you wouldn't recognize it

If the model has ½ the polygons of every other car you'll notice.

You realize the GTA5 Ambulance (Texture White) is white than then GTA4 Ambulance (Texture gray)

They copied and pasted Vehicles from III to VC, and from VC to San Andreas why shouldn't they use some of the cars from IV to V as well? I don't see the issue here at all who cares if it's the same Ambulance with a minor change to the paintjob?

 

The ones brought back from SA like the Tornado and the Picador seen in the trailers and screens are diffrent models...similar but scratch made for IV and they have a quite a few additions and changes. (Might as well not be called the same car)

In the first picture... they have the same lights as ambulances in GTA IV. Usually Rockstar keeps the same rooftop sirens for police cruisers and ambulances.

Cars should be copy and paste. If every car on the road were a new make and model it would not seem realistic. The average car on american roads is about 10 years old.

What in the hell do you keep saying that for? I'm pretty sure a detail so minuscule as the ambulance looking similar to the one in GTA IV won't be game-breakingly disappointing.

Obviously it's going to bring new cars. I think you're the one needing that Picard Facepalm personally.

 

Take a look at the Vehicle Databases' first page and take alook at all of the new unknown cars we're geting.
