echo04 Posted May 27, 2013 Share Posted May 27, 2013 So I have recently reinstalled my eflc game and have never had any issues like this before until now. I had to completely reinstall after a mod messed up my game terribly. After my new install, I reinstalled all of my previous mods and worked on getting my game back up and running as I had it before I download the original mod that led to reinstall in the first place. My game lags something fierce now but returns to normal frame rate shortly after. The textures of the game go black while playing but then return to color after some time as well. While the screen goes black, the text, map ect stay in color and don't seem to be affected at all. My "Police4" and some other vehicles appear without any wheels and either stick into the ground, or slide around slowly and uncontrollably, and on some occasions fall through the map. I have also noticed the when my save game is loading, where it says the name of my save, while it used to "sparkle" and "shine", it does not do that anymore but I can see a faint shimmer of the sparkles and flashing appearing but not showing through completely. To attempt to troubleshoot this myself, I updated my drivers but that did not fix anything. Please help, I cannot play this until I figure out a fix. Thanks! Do you have the latest SP for the OS? What is your Processor? What is the Processor Speed? What is the Video card? What is the Total Vram? What is the Dedicated vram? Any Mods or Trainers? Any Daemon tools or the like installed on PC?-These can cause problems with games.. Any Screenshots to prove the error/problem? Is this the Retail(DVD) version OR a Downloaded version? If Downloaded, from where? If Retail, Is this the Original DVD being used OR a No-DVD crack OR a Copy of said DVD? Please answer ALL the above questions, so we can better help you.. CCPD Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 (edited) It's most likely the compilation of mods with trainer. With mods installed it would be hard to help you since the problem caused is most likely by them. Some mods might not work together well.
