On the skill side of it you could eventually build up a hot wiring skill to help to break into parked cars faster. On the other hand you could have tools: the hammer could break windows faster,the screwdriver from Chinatown Wars to hot wire faster, or maybe a decoder app for your phone to disable alarms or locking systems on highend hard-to-get cars in highly secured areas. So breaking them with your bare hands is obviously not an option. Neither with the hammer. But for windows of different strength types it could be useful.
