The list of features is staggering far more than IV had. For a long time now I have that feeling and anticipation for what will be possible when playing. But I can't help but remember this is how I felt with IV. They cut out quite a lot of stuff that I expected and I was deeply saddened. -climb telephone poles -open car boots/hoods -ped's have real conversations -interiors heavily populated -you can follow ped's from their home to work Well I learnt my lesson. But people here are making the same mistake. There's no way everything we've heard is gonna end up in he final cut. Some stuff is gonna go. A lot of people here need to lower their expectations. We already know what a number of the buttons are going to do (assuming things are the same now as they were before) so I wonder how they're going to work. GTA Cut Features Thankfully the majority of it is still in the game files so PC users can mod them back into the game. Just like the car trunk feature. Dynamic clothing fabric physics is definitely gone. Pedestrian activity won't be as dynamic as most people expect. The quantity of clothing, tattoo, and hair options will be very limited. And I'm sure there will be plenty of other things that will leave some people disappointed. My only expectation is that it will be better than IV. Even without the bullet-point lists, when you read the reactions and interpretations of members here to any new previews that come out, people always read way too much into things that are said. Plus I wouldn't use IV as a good reference point. It was Rockstar's first foray into open-world gaming on the current-gen system using RAGE and Euphoria. They have learned a lot since then and I have faith that there won't be too much cut (though I can see 'top-dropping' and 'flipping off' being cut, but we'll see) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That always sounded stupid to me. They better NOT remove convertibles though. I will be so pissed off. They did it with IV. We've seen convertibles since the first trailer so there is no reason for them to take it out. OP you are right. People are getting their expectations too high. Rockstar once said they want to release 100% accurate information, including screens, trailers, etc. so stuff they showed us will definitely be in the game! The reason IV cut so many things out is because they either didn't have time to work on them (considering the game was developed on a new engine for a new console generation, whereas SA was built on top of VC, which was also built on top of III) or they felt like it simply didn't fit with the realistic theme they were aiming for. Did you reply to the right post? All he said was that the convertible roofs would be a major feature to just remove from the game after being promised it. I'm very concerned now the vision of V I've had in my head for a long time is not what we are going to get. I am radically scaling back my expectations as of today.
