RedDragonsBOOM
So I added my private copy of GTA San Andreas to my library on Steam. Before I added it the SAMI(San Andreas Mod Installer) worked perfectly. Now after making the addition to steam it doesnt seem to work correctly giving me an error. every time I boot SAMI saying "The installation directory for San Andreas could not be detected. Please use the "browse" button to specify the correct directory". Now I didnt move any files when I added it to my steam library so I just dont get why it cant find the installation directory. If anybody has encountered this issue and can help me Id greatly appreciate it, thank you! Note: The only thing I did do was rename the EXE to Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, so it would seem more fitting when friends saw me play. Stryfaar
No, how about stop using the mod installer? It's very buggy. I recommend manual install. Either use xmen's IMG Manager, or fastman92's IMG Console (Latest version is included here, though).
