Gang turfs and maps

Since gangs are making a major comeback I believe it's safe to say Aztecas, Vagos, Ballas, Grove ST and some other new gangs crime organizations are coming back they all will have their own turf

 

East Los Santos - Vagos, Aztecas sets

West Los Santos - Ballas, Families, Aztecas sets

South Los Santos - Ballas, Families, Aztecas, Vagos Sets

Long beach - Cambodian gangs, Aztecas, Ballas Sets

Little Seoul - Korean mob, Chinese triads

Ganton - Families aka Grove ST.

Little Armenia - Armenian mafia/power

Vespucci Beach/Pier - Ballas, Aztecas

Chinatown- Yakuza (small prescence) other chinese street gangs such as the wah ching

the valley - ??

Blaine County - Lost MC, AoD

Downtown - Russian Mob,

 

 

Main powerhouses - Mexican Drug cartels

 

Its funny though R* hasn't showed any presence of Mexican Drug Cartels in GTA V when L.A is overrun by Cartels gangsters

To be honest I don't see the turf system making a appearance in single player this time, I could be wrong though. I see it happening in multi-player before single-player.

in the gameinformer preview they announced that it will be back and it is more improved , now that if you want to run from cops , get in a enemy turf or a friendly turf and they'll shoot them , and in the enemy turf , the enemies will not get in combat with you automatically but if you shoot somebody in the turf , you'll have to control it

I've read all those previews and can't remember seeing anything like that. What I do remember was that there are ballas making a comeback (that's the only confirmed gang so far) and they control a lot of hood and if you're in their hood the won't shoot you unless you make a threat towards them. And they will shoot cops on sight, so that can be exploited by the player. They don't shoot cops to help you, but just because they like shooting them, and the player can use that to their advantage when running trough the ghetto. Nothing about capturing teritories was ever mentioned.

 

This whole post started of wrong. They never said gangs are making a ''major'' comeback, and that aspect won't be in focus at all except for Franklins solo story which will probably be about not being able to stay away from that lifestyle, probably due to old frineds like Lamar pulling him back in.
