MWC
Well recently i got a good deal for a used xbox 360 and since GTAV is releasing for the consoles first i said what the heck and bought it. Now since i never owned an xbox360 (i used to have a PS3 some time ago) i was thinking to play some games that never made it to PC while waiting for GTA V to release, but since im pretty much a console noob i don't really know where to start. So im asking you all to recommend me games that i can play that never made it to the pc ofc i will be starting with Red Dead Redemption
IM_YOUR_GOD
Gears of war 3. Crackdown 1and 2. (From a creator of past gta) Halo, duh. Just my input.

Sgt. Foley
Forza Gears of War. Non exclusives would be : Need for Speed, Battlefield, RAGE (it's actually good)
Master of San Andreas
The best exclusives for the 360 would be: Gears of War Gears of War 2 Gears of War 3 Halo 3 Halo: Reach Halo 4 Forza Horizon Forza Motorsport 4 Gears of War is a fast paced action game while Halo is an FPS. Forza is a racing game so pick up which ever you prefer. You could also check out Alan Wake. It is available for PC and 360, but I think there is a chance you have played it since it is also for PC. Another game that will keep you occupied would be Red Dead Redemption. It is an Open-World game just like GTA made by Rockstar but only for current-gen consoles. Make sure you pick up the Game of the Year edition as it comes with the Zombie DLC (Undead Nightmare), Multiplayer, the regular game and a handful of updates. Other games I would recommend would be the Far Cry 3 and the Assassins Creed series. These should keep you occupied for hours until GTA V.
MWC
thx for suggestions all, after red dead redemption i will be checking out forza and gears of war series, halo never appealed to me much (i played combat evolved on pc) but i might give it a go, crackdown also seems interesting and i will have to check that out as well, dead rising 2 i played on pc but never finished the game just didn't hold me well, but the first one seems a bit more serious/interesting so i might check that out also if i get the time, the other non exclusive games you mentioned i already beat on PC
Finn 7 five 11
You should have tried a PS3 for the Uncharted series. Best new IP this generation IMO. Alan Wake for 360 is a solid story based game you should try.
B Dawg
Dead Rising. The first one. My name is Frank West, and I approve this message

I tried Uncharted when i had a PS3 and it didn't really appeal to me, i finished maybe a few levels and never touched it again, never really found out what all the fuss was about. Ofc PS3 has some really nice exclusives (better than xbox imho) but im only getting this xbox because i got it for cheap and mostly because of GTA V

I'm sure there is heaps of people who can't understand why GTA is fun as well.
GTA 360
Forza 4 and Horizon are great games. Also, GTA IV EFLC is still in the shops with "Exclusively for Xbox 360" on the cover. I know it isn't really but it still says it.

I get more scared more by games than i do by films Well that's the nature of games. A good game is far more immersive than a film can ever be, as you're actually interacting with the world. I have to admit though, consoles have a shortage these days of scary games compared to PC. All the console franchises that were creepy just got turned into action shooters. nigelhere9901
Alan Wake was pretty much one of the best games I had played this gen.
Zancudo
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection can boast a really (I mean, really now) timeless story, gameplay, art and graphics (possibly the best looking games of PS2). Absolutely worth checking out, if you don't mind neat-but-helluva-long cutscenes and even more codec chat.
corvettelover
Alan Wake was pretty much one of the best games I had played this gen. Alan Wake isn't console exclusive, they released it for PC last year I think. Forza is one to go for, great games. IMO go for the numbered ones, not the spinoff one I cannot think of the name of right now.
