I remember one session when i played for hours only driving backwards. It was fun as hell.

Yeah the people who make heavy metal usually smoke more weed, but the fans really don't. They either smoke, or they're cool with it. Very few metalheads are against weed. But metal is a giant "counter-culture" of it's own, so yeah.

 

It's like showing off what you like to do... people on here like to play video games, people on weed forums like to smoke weed, people on guitar forums like to play music... It's like bragging about anything else, there's just a negative (and ignorant) stigma about pot and how it's "bad" (which it's really not, drinking is far worse for you, hell drinking a f*cking can of Monster is more addictive and damaging that smoking a joint).

I have nothing against it at all, and totally agree with arguments. I may or may not have divulged myself in few or many relative activities as well. But you see it again and again on places like this, forums like these. And it's just weird. It just seems to be teenagers trying to impress or shock and, receiving approval from likewise posters, believe that they're doing just that.

 

I mean, fair enough, and this is all just one big tangent and I'm not trying to condemn threads like this, I'm just trying to understand them.

 

It's obvious that smoking weed will have an effect on gameplay experience, but then again so will so many other things.

 

I could start countless topics in a similar vein and they would be deemed ridiculous. For example:

 

'I'm going to play the game whilst standing on my head.'

'I'm going to play the game whilst swimming.'

'I'm going to play the game whilst having sex.'

'I'm going to play the game whilst driving my car.'
