I played GTA 4 on a 2560x1440 resolution and my god it looked so grainy and pixelated. GTA 4 graphics were much better in my head. But that didn`t made the game unplayable. Gameplay before graphics. They state the game was running on a PS3. The Game Informer demo back in November was on a PS3, which they mentioned somewhere near the beginning of their online preview. IGN also said in multiple videos that the game was running on a PS3 when they saw it. I don't think there has been one preview that mentions the 360. This is why i love PC GTA IV - 640p Midnight Club LA - 640p RDR - 640p L.A.Noire (not RAGE, but still a Rockstar game) - 720p Max Payne 3 - 720p It will most likely be 720p, becase they did some serious work to the PS3 and PC versions of RAGE when doing Max Payne 3 when all you cry babies were moaning that max Payne 3 is stopping GTAV from coming out. Red Dead Redemption (not sure about IV) is rendered at 640p and upscaled to 720p on the PS3. The game wouldn't run well when rendering at 720p on PS3 so they lowered if to increase performance. Lots of games do this. This is the reason the PS3 version is slightly blurrier than Xbox. I'm a ps3 owner and I prefer the bluriness. I think it looks slightly better than 360 because the bluriness acts as a type of anti aliasing so there are far less jaggies than on the 360.
