meowstache
So with all this exclusive vehicles sh*t with the CE, Imagine if you pay for the CE, get in your hotknife/carbonRS and f*ck up on the first ride, they blow up and you never see them again... Because that would be major BS, i assume we will be able to store vehicles and keep them forever like in SR. No matter what happens to the vehicle, it will be there at your disposal every time you go in your garage. Thats cool, i want to customize some cars and have them whenever i want, and not be like in IV where you saved a rare car but never actually use it because of the fear of losing it

MuXu96
I don't think the garages will be like in SR 3 or Mafia 2, if you kill your car it's done, but I guess you will be able to get or call a towtruck (already seen) and repair your car (mechanic skill)
LittleBlueTroll
I just want more places to store vehicles. I don't think IV had nearly enough saveable parking.

reform
They should just totally steal the SR3 system. There's no reason not to appart from the SR haters who hate the idea that a GTA game might adopt something from SR.
MuXu96
I don't like how you have endless cars, or 100 different cars in every garage of yours, that's just crap sry^^ and Mafia 2 had it before and most likely some older games as well
GTA-Fan-1
On a similar topic as you will be able to put cars in a place to escape in after banks heists will you be able to park any car (you own) in any place and come back to it anytime in the game. jameznash
I think you should have the normal space in a garage - so if it fits 1x car and a few bikes then that's it. BUT - would be cool to be able to buy a storage building that you could put say 10 cars in. All the cars to be visible when you walk in - 5 each side and room to drive them in and out. So you could display the best 10 cars you have all in one place and see them all together. I agree that you should not have 100+ cars (or even a few for that matter) in a garage that should only fit 1.

SR did have some good ideas and just because some people hated SR is no reason to have to NOT copy any of those things.
T0X1C
I found Saints Row to be complete rubbish, but I do like this feature and I hope something like this is in GTA V. I stole Yusuf's gold Super Drop Diamond in TBOGT, but I never drive it around because it's so awesome and I don't want to lose it

Haha I haven't finished the game yet, I just bought EFLC to get me through the months til GTA V so I'm pacing myself. I put a bullet in his head and drove off with it in that mission where you have to jump off of the Rotterdam Tower Guess I'll drive it around then
Booya818
With the mechanic skill and leaving a car somewhere for a heist job in mind, It will be really interesting to see how this pans out. I think there will be some sort of "share your garage" element involved. Where you could post a picture of your car collection socially seen as there will be a new social/share side to the game. Kuunkulta
I don't really like idea due to being a realism fanboy. But one thing has bugged me in every GTA: You can only store set amount of cars in garages! I mean, in a normal two car garage for example, I could always fit 3-4 cars and maybe motorcycle or two but when I came back, only two vehicles remained It's not fun! Especially as I have a problem hoarding anything that's remotely unique...

A car showroom perhaps? Yes that would be good - But I like the thought of a secret wearhouse with big metal doors that you can store all your tuned cars and maybe items from heists as well. Lets face it most of them are going to be stolen so maybe not want to put them on display. Owning a showroom will be great - or any form of car business - to help you make money. Like in GTA Vice city where you had the car showroom and kept having to steal cars and take them back there.
Raavi
No, I don't want this. I wan't to be able to buy anything from a single car garage to an underground parking garage with space for up to 50+ cars, where I am able to just stroll trough, admiring my wealth. jameznash
With all the mods you can do to the cars, I don't thing ps3 or 360 would be able to generate more than a few of your cars at one time. They could not spawn 50 normal cars in one area so think of the extra RAM it would need for all the mods as well. The consoles are going to limit this to a small number - something like 2 to 3 in one garage. You will just have to buy up all the available garages in the game to store a good car collection or you will go to an in game menu to select the car you want out of your collection. Fail_At_GTA
Well there are a lot of parking garages in LA. Maybe Rockstar added a feature to allow us to park our cars in them for a fee.

Dick Valor
No: 1. Individual cars would not feel special anymore since they could just be summoned at any time. 2. There would be no incentive to steal cars. 3. There would be no incentive to pay for parking garages, extra properties with garage spaces, towing services, or utilize related in-game features. Spawning cars magically out of thin air is what cheats are for.
crazyal888
I think everything inside of the CE can be collected ingame without the CE. Just with the CE you get it right there from the beggining.
Bantri
I would only want this for vehicles thatbi bought with money, not the stolen ones Agreed. It will give the money system more value. If not you could just steal any car and have it forever. Cars you buy could have a sort of insurance way of doing it and cost a fee to get back and be fixed if they get totaled. Or automatically repair owned vehicles when you save.
Patriot_Action
I would like more storage space than is typical of GTA (e.g., IV), but I don't agree with permanent storage and an endless supply of each vehicle (a la SR3). I think finite storage space forces the player to make choices about what to keep, and can be a tactical decision. That said, I wouldn't mind paying a steep price (whether it's actual money, or effort to acquire) for something with storage for several vehicles.
