Secondly there are some problems dealing with the ability of actually harnessing the power. What i meant was not harnessing the power of lightning but if something happened that disabled electric then would it also disable Lightning as that to is electric I should of cleared that up a bit more That is pure physics. Turn off the electricity in your house, rub a balloon on your head and see if it sticks on your arms. That is your answer. It WILL stick. Electricity is not man made and it can not be destroyed by man. An EMP would fry the electric circuit in modern devices. Rendering them absolute until you fix them.
