New GTAV details leaked by Russian magazines

this details leaked by the Russian magazines in 23 may

Sometimes damages (like wounds, Injured by bullet...) will leave marks on the body of the characters forever.

In the beginning of the demo we seen Franklin jumping out of a plane with a parachute, While Franklin in the air, you notice a lot of interesting things:

A military base hidden in the hills.

Wild animals prey on each other.

Motocross track and a hunting ground. Also you see tourists walking in the mountains, near the river and a few people go fishing, and more.

Some of the problems that associated with the low capacity of some platforms still exist, like the number of cars on the street...

For the first time in the series there was background music.

The underwater world around Los Santos looks great, it's probably the most beautiful image of the sea in the games. Colored fish swim among the rocks and Shark swims near you.

Thank you x

I knew all of this already but you added positively to my day, and you need a post thanking you for your efforts before the pathetic trolls come in and ruin your thread, eg Killerdude8 smile.gif

"For the first time in the series there was background music"

I don't know what to think about this. Is it just random like when we are walking in the forest we hear some music, or is it more like on specific moments like during a police chase in a mission?

That was confirmed in the November/December Previews, it's background music in missions smile.gif

1+

it remind me of that episode in family guy, when peter asked for his life to have a background music

also the wounds staying for ever, i think it was just in the demo, beause it would be really annoying

Sometimes damages (like wounds, Injured by bullet...) will leave marks on the body of the characters forever.

As long as it's not like the Fable series where by game's end your covered head to toe with scars.

Thank for info OP was interesting.

The ambient music is not only in missions it occurs when skydiving, and scuba diving to enhance the atmosphere. I would imagine it might present it self in the woods. Imagine walking through the mountain forest at night and having a chilling score as ambient music.

Oow that would suck. Hopefully there is a way to remove the scars, for example by going to a hospital or something

I wonder if the perminent scars thing is actually true.

All the other info in this "leak" is stuff we already knew, so it's as if they used past info that is confirmed to make potentially false info seem legitmate.

It's possible though I guess, especially was with the tattoo system in the game, a perminent scars sytem would be basically the same.

Well, a lot of previews CONFIRMED that the wounds are completely generic.

It means, if you got shot a lot of times, there will be wounds here and there.

Making scars permanent is a complete bullsh*t. It's just a troll.

Imagine having wounds all over Frank's body. How will the RAM handle it(especially PS3's RAM)?

Look at what happened to Skyrim, everything was saved to the gamesave, then it was loaded to the RAM.

The more you've played the game, the bigger the gamesave, the heavier the load.

Don't believe that crap.

It was confirmed that there will be a background music in certain environments, for example when diving underwater.

Personally I would like something like this (I'm a Zelda fan):

Doesn't really fit GTA though biggrin.gif.

Why is background music bad?

It was the best thing in Skyrim.

Even though I don't think permascars are true, if it were true, it wouldn't a limitless number. I'm pretty sure the game could remember a max of (for example) 3 scars on torso, 2 on each arm, one on face and 1 on each leg without taxing the save too heavily.

The numbers you said are appropriate enough to not bear fatigue to the engine.

That doesn't seem right at all, if so it must be in certain missions or events...

However nothing of this is confrimed.

how is that info "leaked" when r* themselves showed the demo to the press in order of them to write a review about what they saw and heard in the demo?

It's supposedly from an article that has not been officially published yet.

I'm gonna tell you right now, no. This will be a story thing only and will not be a everyday game thing trigger, you watch.

It's just music that plays in the background. Each area has different tracks and certain sounds will play when you do something in the game (like when you're WANTED).

Listen to these videos:

http://youtu.be/1dr96-_-0GY

http://youtu.be/cHpuiIqlvlQ

It's not songs where people are singing. They just set the mood and they aren't distracting but if you don't like it you can turn it off. I love the background music it really adds a new dynamic. Listen to this video:

http://youtu.be/GP0wiHQcHAo

And imagine the sound of gunshots as you ride on your horse away from the sheriffs.

There are a couple proper songs that play at certain parts. When you ride into Mexico for the first time this plays (actual gameplay footage):

Redemption is great and you should really play it if you can. That video shows how beautiful it looks and how big the map is. V will be amazing since it is 3.5/5X bigger and if it has the same quality of graphics/performance I'll be over the moon.

I think if it happens it'll be for major scenes/events, and won't just be randomly generated. Or if you die and wake up later in a hospital.
