Danny_H Posted July 6, 2013 Share Posted July 6, 2013 Something about the KHAMELION:strange is that R* says, that the Khamilion electric car is obtainable during multiplayer... they neither confirm nor deny it, if this electric car is ONLY obtainable in multiplayer or not... but strangely there are 3 Screenshots where you can see Michael drive the Khamilion... so these are definately screens recorded in singleplayer... maybe that means the Khamilion is stored in the garage while multiplayer, but obtainable on streets or unlockable during progression in singleplayer... and why would they show this exact car in 3 screenshots, if it would be exclusive for the collectors edition??? because common sense says, that released screenshots will depict ONLY things of the standard game... they would NEVER depict EXCLUSIVE CONTENT in REGULAR SCREENSHOTS (without mention it) Exclussive *in GTA ONLINE* its prolly in single player already for everybody. Its not confirmed though... i've seen another carbon sports bike 'naked bike' But thats the one from TBGT... anyway, I'm getting the CE only for the bike dlc, selling the extra goodies/CE box and all that stuff to get some of my money back. Similar to how the warhorse in RDR was exclusive to certain pre-orders, only available to general public once the GOTY edition was released. GTA 360 Posted July 6, 2013 Share Posted July 6, 2013 I would be mad at R* if they give the cars ingame away without paying, and I hate the idea to be mad at R* cause I love them^^It's not like I bought the CE for the cars, but they are a reason as well, and if I could get them ingame with ingame money or what ever, seriously this would be bullcrap And I don't like it when people just want to buy their way through a game instead of actually playing it and earning it. I enjoy the Hotknife in SA because I actually earned it and not everyone has it. If SA had MP and I was driving my Hotknife around after spending another 15 minutes getting gold on all the tests, and see there's a bunch of people who bought their Hotknife driving around, I'd be annoyed. Which is why the Time Savers pack on Burnout Paradise annoyed me. I played the game a lot to get the Platinum paintwork and all the carbon cars, it was quite upsetting to see everyone driving them around because they can throw money at a game instead of playing it. well I think the same way as you, but if I can get the vehicles only with the CE then I pay for it. If they are ingame anyway and you have to earn them with collecting sh*t or do what ever (which I will do anyway) I would be mad, cause I just wanted extra vehicles ^^ If I don't get clarity I will downgrade my pre order to the SE, would be a bad joke if you can get stuff ingame for free and advertise a CE with them.. Wroooong you wanted "exclusive" vehicles and wanted to stand out, letting everyone know you got the collectors edition! lol Too right, of course if we pay for a collectors edition we want something that other people can't get, that's the whole f*cking idea. And not just a cap and a bag either, there should be some benefit to paying twice as much money than anyone else. It's like saying "I want all the Episodes From Liberty City content for free because I bought GTA IV, no, you pay extra and if other people can't afford it then that's their problem. They're not going to put in a car that's only accessible online. The Hot Knife might be a different matter though I wouldn't be surprised if that's just an early unlock with a consistent spawn. You can still download it sometime later when it's out.. if you want. *shrug* to me it's not worth paying extra money for a couple of vehicles. The game will be massive and fun regardless. Some people don't want tacky trinkets, just the damn game as its supposed to be played. I understand that but their is either 1 of 2 things to do. Get with the times and buy what you enjoy or miss out on things for the game. Every game now a days has pre order bonuses and dlc. Its not like the nes games to where there are no patches and once the game is out that's it. If they wanted to add something they just add it to the next game. In todays gaming they just push it onto the current game in form of dlc. You're right about the garage, it seems like something bring unlocked early, but the vehicles (and even the new guns and clothes and tattoos) are going to be exclusive content.
