Only on certain mountains so there might be a slight chance. CJ from GTA SA with be usable as a character in multiplayer. It does snow in California. GTA V will include more pets then just a dog. 5/10 I cant see a big house not having a cat (small normal one atleast) but something like Tygas album cover would be a decent thing to buy ingame with all our moneyz There is a big town (not another city...) in one of the "unknown" areas on the most current map we have put together. We will see random peds/hikers falling from Mt. Chilliad and resting on the ground injured from a failure hiking adventure or from a deadly animal attack(s). I live in the Southern California's mojave desert and even I get snow from time to time. We just had snowfall in the winter of 2012. You're also completely forgetting about Big Bear.
