They SHOULD include Tommy, Claude and CJ. Hell, if Red Dead Redemption ended up having Red and the rest of the gang from Revolver, I don't see why this shouldn't have the guys who paved the way for GTA. Every gamer deserves to see their favourite characters in all versions of games, even if it's strictly used for multiplayer. I'm furious and devastated.
