Why is singleplayer ever existing in the gta series anyway? I feel R* just put singleplayer in GTA AND GTA 2 AND GTA III AND GTA VICE CITY AND GTA SAN ANDREAS AND GTA IV AND V just to be part of the "COOL" crowd of developers when this series was originally made to be a multiplayer experience only. So people say that GTA V doesn't need a multiplayer because GTA was originally only SP game and MP was added after many SP games. Well what if GTA was invented at this time of technology? I mean, if the first EVER gta was made when most of the people who buy it could access internet and play with each other without serious lag, so would first GTA still be SP only game? or is it that it was single player only because MP was not possible yet? To some people, GTA is just about killing and blowing stuff up. I only wan't the game for the singleplayer, the multiplayer is that free plastic toy which comes with my happymeal.
