S1LV3R_W0LF Posted May 25, 2013 Share Posted May 25, 2013 (edited) Well since 2011 everything reminds me of GTA V, in fact is kind of sickening, TV for example the TV series with L.A., beaches, drug dealers, ghettos, police chases ... damn everything reminds me of GTA V. And currently I have no interest about playing any other games, it's weird ... I've been playing a MP game called APB, but thats all, I tried Bioshock in a friends house but, I don't know wasn't exciting enough, I play FIFA13 sometimes but I get tired of it fast, the new Tomb Raider I finished it quite fast and I almost gave it away (small price), in fact the only recent game I still have is GTAIV (I got rid of everything else I had, by selling or giving away, simply because I don't wanna play them again) and I'm thinking about installing it again and try that GTA SA mod with the full map or even play GTA IV all over again. It's like Rockstar used some sort subliminal messages to cause addiction, I mean I was addicted to SA and probably was the game I played more hours (not counting with online games), but every time I see the new shots of V, with all those roads near the sea, those incredible landscape, the sea... damn even the map blueprint remembers the summer to me, the fresh water, the seagulls. It's so weird... the only games I'm actually waiting now are Grid 2 but I need to test a demo first and Watch Dogs, and if eventually Watch Dogs and GTAV are available to PC by the same time, Watch Dogs will be in the shelf for quite some time or I'll rush into it and then back to V. It's very weird... I've never felt like this for a freaking game in my 30 years of life and I play for over 25 years and completed hundreds of games. When you think og just a few of the features. 1) 3 minute skydive free fall 2) Giant world 3) More ambition than any other open world game to date. 4) More features than ever. 5) A full criminal entrepreneur system 6) Supposedly the most engaging and customizable game yet for a Grand Theft Auto title. And now take those features and add them potentially being in multiplayer with you friends doing it together. The point is at this point you might not be able to fully grasp what this game is going to allow you to do like no other will. I dont think you understand how much the little details of the game will make you love it even more. I feel I am the same way at this point. Quite a few games after that also. However at the moment GTA V is the only game forum I have a lot of interest in so that tells you something. For years I have enjoyed mostly any games I had like COD but starting about a week or so ago I have no desire to play any games other than Red Dead Redemption, GTA IV, San andreas, and LA.Noire. I don't like watching movies twice same with games. Even the ones I think are awesome, just aren't the same the second play through. That's kind of true to me, because i'm hearing the same sh*t over and over. I'm a bit bored by gta v already However, be aware that when the game comes out i'll be excited and will explode when i play it. So far, i want something new and exciting, not the same old news. Am i bored by other games? No. I playing SA atm and that's filling the "GTA V" hole along with midnight club. Fallout, fifa. Im still enjoying playing them though. If i picked up any saints row game, however, i'd be bored within fiVe seconds. The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. I'm still really excited about The Last of Us in a few weeks time, that game looks amazing. The only other upcoming games I'll buy for PS3 are Battlefield 4/Watch Dogs/Beyond Two Souls and Diablo 3 (yes I said it). At this point I'm catching up on games I've not played yet. I got a 3DS XL a couple weeks ago and I'm really enjoying that. Loads of games to play on that and even more upcoming ones I can't wait for. NEONPOWER2 Posted May 26, 2013 Share Posted May 26, 2013 call me crazy , but sometimes i cant even sleep , because of thinkin about gta v ... i know im fckn addicted to this game , because it brings so much good memories i had with the whole gta series when i was young ... another reason is that rstar almost made everything id whished for a new gta titel after iv become true ... i just like to do things you cant do in rl in games and gta just represents the ultimate game with v , so ... counting the days ...
