Why is multiplayer ever existing in the gta series anyway? I feel R* just put multiplayer in GTA IV AND V just to be part of the "COOL" crowd of developers when this series was originally made to be a single player experience only. Some of us enjoy playing with real players, you know, R* isn't making the game for you or for the minority who don't like MP. Actually the most I look into games (apart from GTA) I look into the MP. Well 1st off this is the first post I made about the multiplayer 2nd, you do know it probably wont be ported to ps4 right That is an assumption. I'm thinking it's highly likely they're going to port to the PS4 and Xbox One since everyone will be on the new consoles at that point and they will already be attempting to port it onto PC (no doubt about that). Yep I fully agree, free roam is awesome with friends. Sure, the free mode in IV could be fun (before the dickless modders/hackers completely ruined it, but that's another story), but I survived just fine with all the previous GTA's having no mp. No, but it's nice to have. The whole idea of "including multiplayer = worse single player" is, I think, a false dichotomy. Sure, there's games that were primarily single-player and had a crappy tacked-on multiplayer, but I don't think single-player really suffered as a result.
