rjmthe2nd Posted May 25, 2013 Share Posted May 25, 2013 This for some people who don't know,Midnight Club 3 had some people who looked near the IV Universes graphics during cutscenes and SOME Character are based off of ones from SA,So if they were in V.. (they'd probably look like this but bettter graphics) Caesar Vialpando Woozie (same voice actor too) OG Loc? or CJ?
