You can't compare IV and V, I don't think IV ever showed positive bright graphics like V will, so please be quiet about the graphics, if it's that bad for you then get a next gen console, I won't lie, BF4 looks beautiful. I guess they see everything from amazing to sh*tty games all the time so maybe they're just jaded. Realistically though, neither anything that we've seen on PS4 or Xbox One is all that impressive. Right now, next-gen looks like this gen with slightly better textures and lighting across the board. I'm hyped for next gen but E3 will really have to bring it for me to even care because we haven't seen anything from either side at this point that screams next gen has arrived and you'll be playing it in 3-4 months. So while everyone is bickering, I'll be PLAYING NOT WATCHING the single greatest game of this generation come September 17, 2013. And if anyone thinks I'm overcompensating, what other big game is left? Another Call of Duty? I completely agree. Every next gen game I've seen so far has left me more and more with the feeling that this "new" generation is nothing more than a fleecing of the consumer. Lot's of bark with very little bite. The games shown are far from leaps and bounds into the next generation. E3 will serve as a true litmus test if we are getting quality products or just bent over and rammed with mediocrity. If what CVG says is true that it looks a bit less than the trailers and screenshots, and still looks pretty damn fantastic, i'm GOOD! One source, and it wasn't a huge well known source if i recall correctly, said that it looks like RDR or actually slightly better. Dutch OPM....it's pretty logical that the game looks a bit dated. What do you expect from 7 year old consoles? if it truly looks like RDR when it releases, we absolutely CAN NOT complain. RDR looks beautiful to this day, and it runs smoothly most of the time. BUT, RDR is also a pretty damn empty world compared to GTA V. So if GTA V could actually look on par with RDR and run decently enough too...i'm just gonna call that beautiful and a big achievement, a huge one actually.
