EvilFuture
When I run over civilians: STOP OR I'M GONNA BE VERY MAD!!! *puts 69 f*cking bullets into me* But I've seen cops run over plenty of civilians. They've even run over me! And does anybody give a sh*t? I think not.

ProTrainFollower
Could be a new lampost physic, they were quite tedious in GTA IV after all.
ainsz
Yeah, the cop's driving in GTA IV was abysmal. Same with the any other NPC when they start to drive fast in GTA games. Though the FIB in IV had a cracking shot from the passenger seats, despite the poor driving. It has to improve in V and I think Rockstar will have to if they want three characters to work dynamically.

ainsz
I agree it ruined a lot of features in IV that could have been good. Especially the singleplayer races. Imagine, in V having a getaway police chase after heist, driving side by side through the streets. But wait, Michael's crashed into post office again. Well you could have them all drive in different routes, or have the chases scripted. But we don't want that.
johncs154
Yes this was a very weird chase. If that doesn't work How do we embed youtube vids Edit: Tried to Fix Video Thanks Johacamigames & Aiden Pierce Edited May 24, 2013 by johncs154
Johan
You embed them by just putting this I believe - 10_oW95AGCk next to the youtube code, I don't remember Anyway it could have been that the person in the red infernus lost control for a while, either way it doesn't bother me at all, I found it addictive crashing into them. C4RR4NZ4
It's tough tailing a suspect that's driving erratically sometimes in real life.
nigelhere9901
Maybe Franklin dodged the police vehicle and the vehicle crashed into that lamp post?

YoungChrist
Ehh, I thought the police drove pretty good. And who knows, maybe he bounced off another car and got pushed into the traffic light?
jfavignano
There is no way to know until we see either gameplay of a chase or play the game itself. It kind of looks like they might have that road blocked off for traffic during a chase, that is what I hope at least. Can't wait for this game! stranger44
The AI in every GTA game has actually been pretty bad. Well, when I say bad I mean like NPC's (especially Cops) have absolutely no sense of self-preservation. In GTA 3 they were practically Lemmings. Although, to be fair it must hard to program decent AI without there being a ton of glitches and stuff.
TotesMagotes
I don't care. I thought it was hilarious when cops had no regard for safety in a chase. Running over their own guys etc.
