IF Rockstar are going to announce it, they're not going to announce it until the current gen versions have been released at least, otherwise a lot of people will wait for the next gen ports instead of buying the current gen versions. If they announce a next gen version after the current versions are released, I'm sure plenty of people will buy a second copy of it for the new consoles.
