This is just to get an idea of how many people are actually satisfied with the size of the city. I know there's already another topic for this very subject, but this is just for the poll.

No bitching please, either vote or don't.

You should put that part in bold. Here, I'll do it for you.

Yes but I am looking more forward to Blaine County anyway. I feel sorry for all the people on here (and there are a lot) who want to spend all their time in the ghetto.

No I'm not, as it appears to be smaller than the map of Grand Theft Auto IV, which is disappointing.

Well i'l be honest here i expected the city to be bigger, but i guess this is just as much you can get, when the rest of the map is so dense and varied with so much types of environment! So lets just hope, that countrysides/deserts/canyon or whatever else there is something that would make us occupied for a while and not something that is very similar to San Andreas (i know about wildlife and stuff, but we're still not sure how all of it works...the hype is the hype, but the truth might be different...)

Nope, I'm a big snob who wants the map to be exactly be the same as real life LA...

i think when you're actually in the city its not going to feel small at all.

remember the size of vice city. its TINNY but at the time when we were playing the game it didn't feel that small really.

Agreed. I had so much fun in SA when I was just out in the country side. I can see Ghetto's out my window. I want to see nothing.

I will spend 99.9% of the time underwater! I'm freaking Aquaman! lol.gif jokes aside i'm really looking forward to check underwater and what it has to offer, but i'm also looking forward to other types of environment like deserts, forests, mountains, etc...city the list, since i've got pretty much sick of it already!

I also expected bigger city, but overall map will be huge and I like countryside more than city, so, yes I'm satisfied with map.

Compared to any other games I had played at that time, yeah it felt big to me, well big enough to feel like Miami

It did when it first came out. All GTA games feel massive when they first come out because there is just so much unknown for you to explore. By today's standards Vice City is small but there was nothing bigger than it before San Andreas.

After playing GTA3, Vice City felt to me like a small lego city in comparison! bored.gif seriously...I liked Vice City after all no sh*t (the music, the culture and the general feel of the 80's, so greatly presented by R* in this game made up for the lacking city size...), but you should just admit city were small, you can't argue with that and yes! it FELT small too... bored.gif

man dragon dude no offense but GTA3 is bigger than Vice City!

That you will care so much to come here and post your opinion onto city size after you've played the actual game...

If you didn't play GTA3, then yes! I understand how it could be the case, however if you did, then it seems very strange to me, since GTA3 is clearly bigger than Vice City! confused.gif

No, I'm not

I'm aware this is probably half the map that we've seen, and it's possible the scaling or amalgamation of the map may be off but to me it looks very compact

I'm sure it'll be awesome but I'm not blown away
