Cebra Posted May 23, 2013 Share Posted May 23, 2013 I've noticed recently that on the PC version of GTA IV it's gotten really hard to kill people. I have the Steam version. Peds seem to be able to withstand about 7 shots to the chest with a shotgun but still go down instantly with a headshot. Is there a way to change this using Spark IV or something? I have it installed, so it would be nice. Thanks. That's simple and related to the weaponinfo.xml if my memory serves me correctly.
