Luuno Posted May 23, 2013 Share Posted May 23, 2013 i might be totally wrong here because it shows bellic at the photo, but they mention a OCCS, does this mean they made an entire new and improved creation system, fully customisationable for your character? how does bellic ties into this? sorry if im totally off the road here.
