In particular, Franklin can slow down time during driving segments, and when we are going to do this, i think a green filter (like Franklin's gang) will color the background and car lights reflection won't vanish. TakinThyBacon Posted May 23, 2013 Share Posted May 23, 2013 The photo is hard to figure out, for a few reasons 1-There appears to be motion blur on the roadway behind the car. 2-The windmills have no motion blur (may be stationary though) Another thing that puzzles me is, if this is the case and the taillights do not fade away as shown, then how is this going to translate when in normal trailing view behind the car?
