jolzew1
Self control is on the buyer, not the company. This. I love how people complain about this yet then go on to say "I'll be buying it anyway". I'll actually "buy it anyway". But, my views on Rockstar has forever changed. I'm sure there are plenty more people who think like it. Just got off the phone with the Houser brothers... they heard about your view being forever changed and are really broken up about it ... game might be delayed again... Ferocious Banger
Man so f*cking lame..Sad day because of a video game lol. It's just add ons not like it was going to be in the game anyways, so they made it bonus content, not a big deal at all. I'm posting this in a videogame forum. I am not a Zee, okay? I shouldn't have placed Rockstar in place in a pedestal. It came crashing down. I never though of a day when I'd say "f*ck Rockstar". But I have today. You guys will follow suit. I can assure you. THEBIGZED
Come on, if you shell out that much money for a game a few extra goodies isn't taking anything away from those (like me) who buy the standard edition. I still think we're gonna be able to do much of that stuff in the game, maybe it will take a longer time to get to do those things but still. For example, I think there will still be flying challenges for everyone, just a few extra ones for those who order the special editions. The additions are never anything major, no point putting much effort into something most of your customers won't be able to get. The Niko Bellic MP character for instance will almost surely be either available for purchase (if micro transactions are in the game, which I kind of doubt) or then it's a high level thing you get after playing for a while. Same with the special cars. You can still find them/earn them in the game, but you get them instantly with special editions. Now I actually prefer to start the game with nothing that special and later on get the more rare stuff. Edited May 23, 2013 by THEBIGZED

Well...for your concern when Bethesda released Skyrim, they didn't cut content out of the "already rich content-wise" game! I wonder why didn't they do so? Yes exactly! Because they found a "clever" way how to make profit of the game and make more money, but the same time not ripping their customer base! Somehow yeah that happened...so i wonder why R* couldn't follow their example? Why couldn't they just include all the Physical content, while not touching digital one?...I'm pretty sure "its business" is just a lame-ass excuse in this case! DrewyR
Max Payne 3 would like a word with you. Red Dead Redemption, too. At least with Red Dead redemption you could earn the DLC stuff later on in the game, it was just for people wanting to get it right away. Oh well, R* is a business and so there main priority is money. I don't care eitherway because $150 (£119) is not a lot of money to get before September. Go cut some lawns or something. I'm still kinda annoyed when there's some gameplay I'll be missing, but it definitely won't be anything major. Kinda sad to see R* is coming out with this though: Special Ability BoostMichael, Franklin and Trevor each have a unique special ability. With this boost, the special ability bar will generate 25% faster.

THEBIGZED
Final thoughts: Rockstar does something nice and special for those who appreciate their games and give a rather large amount of their money in return - someone is whining about it on the internet. Because what, you can't use your imagination? ...No because we're getting an "incomplete" game! Because someone, who has a chance to buy "extra" content can get it, while we "who have no access to either LIVE service" for different reasons cannot! We only have to see how someone experiences full game, while we can only dream about it! how about that, eh smart-ass?
