'Get classic Grand Theft Auto characters to use within the Grand Theft Auto Online Character Creation System' That doesn't sound like something that only pertains to IV, TLaD and TBoGT in my opinion. I'm pretty sure they also said Niko wasn't going in to be in V. They even went back on their word for buying property so I don't see why this is any different. - I also think they would just re-use the lines from the original games, which would be awesome, instead of getting the voice actors back in who would sound different now. And guess what, after a few weeks/month it was all available over PSN/XBL anyway. There's no way this content justifies the price of a second game. They can't use false advertising like that, it would be a breach of civil law by misleading customers. at least in australian law anyway, not sure what the US equivalent is. For example there doesn't need to be a story-excuse for Niko to be in Los Santos for the multiplayer, it's just for fun.
