No, Rockstar announced the special edition today and that is one of the things that comes with it.

But I just realised the news after I posted. The map has been revealed right? I'm using my phone so can't view the official website yet until I get home. The collectors edition sounds way too expensive.

I"ll probably do what I do with every other GTA: I'll beat all the missions, then explore. But if I get stuck, I too will look for Grove Street.
