Well, you're right about the collectors one. It doesn't have too much stuff for in the actual game. Only the cars and special characters. I don't really care about the characters that much but the cars are pretty cool, but paying so much more for it isn't worth it.

 

But the special edition does have more stuff to use in-game and it only is 20 bucks extra.

I'm going to buy the collector's edition! I've said it before, I'm willing to pay for that. Even if it costs a lot. But since you're from the Netherlands too, how much do you think it's going to cost in euros?

All of it should be in the standard edition. So I won't be able to fly the blimp, or get certain tats unless I pay? Disappoint

The Collector's edition. Why? Because i'm a GTA fan since the first game and because i like collector editions.

 

A question: where did you get the prices?

 

I'm from belgium and still haven't found a retailer that sells it.

 

I checked game mania, bart smit, free record shop, nedgame (that's holland) and NOTHING.

 

Is the price going to be less or the same in euro's as in dollars.

I usually buy from Bol.com and they only have the standard one up. I expect they'll put the other editions up soon. But they have made GTA V 54,95 euros with free transport plus a gift card I think.

 

I expect the other editions to be priced down aswell with 10 euros. So I think the special edition will cost 70 euros, and the collectors one 140 euros.

But I don't have a desire for the purse or the swag fag snap back. The art book is cool and the blueprint style map is nice.

 

But the blimp being a preorder bonus is enough for me. $20-70 bucks more for a couple cars in a garage and three weapons for free at ammunition is ridiculous. I won't be missing out on anything.

 

I'll use the extra $20 for a gram or two to smoke while playing.

Yep I think your right! + last time I ordered the Far Cry 3 collectors edition at Bol.com and the day before the release I got an e-mail saying they had run out of the collectors edition, however I still got the normal version the day on the release (for the normal price of course) and gave me all collectors edition DLC for free to make up for it. So I'll definitely pre-order at Bol.com

There should be a none of the above or a "waiting for complete edition or pc edition" there, or an option for all three even.

 

I can't vote. I'm getting a complete edition on PC which will support higher resolutions, come with better detailed textures, and likely support an untold amount of mods and likely just come with all that overpriced junk anyway.

Depends what the price here is... usually it's far more expensive than US so if the collector's edition costs more than $150 I'm not buying it because that's a complete and utter rip off for extra content, a sh*tty swagyolo hat and a bag I will never use. The in game content is cool but not worth more than ~$30 extra on top of the original game. All that stuff comes out later on anyway.

I'll be getting the special edition. An extra 20 bucks on top of the price of the regular game doesn't seem too outrageous imo for the bonus sh*t. 150 on the other hand for some stuff I'll never have any use for (I hate non fitted hats) and a garage with a special car is outrageous though.

You'll get that blimp with any edition, you just need to pre-order it
