HOW'S ANNIE? Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 o.k I'm aware this probably should be in the wishlist, but since that topic gets no attention it will probably get burried. A fan favourite, it was a shame to see the Deluxo featured in only two games (VC and VCS) in the whole GTA series. And I'm kind of dissapointed to see very little indication of it in the game so far (not to say it 100% surely isn't). I'm pretty sure most of us would like to drive down a desert raod in Blaine County at 88 mph pretending we're Marty McFly. Seeing as Rockstar seems to listen to the fans on these forums (e.g. The police car changes, properties, etc) and I though it may be good to point out that fans would LOVE to see the Deluxo in GTA V. Hell, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be any trouble to add a single vehicle into the game. So Rockstar... WE WANT THE DELUXO BACK!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yea, I don't remember the other car needed, (possibly the cheetah, as this gave the sleak, Long look) this is where my love for blista compact came from and I loved the resulting car( deluxo) most on VC. I've been looking for years what this car was as I had completely forgotten the name. Never had much luck on wiki or google for some reason. OT : i completely forgot about Deluxo, that was my favourite car in VC and VCS, hope they bring it back since they said that V have the biggest vehicle list in a GTA game. The same way the same way the Stinger was based on a Ferrari Daytona as a homage to Miami Vice. I dont think it would fit GTA V since basically nobody drives a DeLorean anymore. A homage to Skyfall I'd imagine. It's probably a one time one vehicle i.e. a collector's item. Although with that said with it being set partially in Vinewood they could have a side mission where you haver to collect a variety of different famous movie cars. I mean, in the dealership(Vice City), I was so excited what cars it'll unlock and it turned out to be this car. Honestly, I was disappointed. But it returned as some fugly hypercar that barely has any Ferrari influences. It looks like some foolish vehicle designer was too lazy to come up with a new design, was aware of the fact that we wanted the Cheetah back, and then thought: "Oh I'll give them there little Cheetah 'n sh*t, lemme just slap Cheetah on the back of this hypercar I made a while back. There, that'll do." What GTAction99 probably wants is a proper HD Cheetah, the 1986 Ferrari Testarossa. Not some new carbon fiber plastic sh*t.. OT: Yeah man, the Deluxo was awesome, I wouldn't mind cruising in that. Hopefully Rockstar doesn't just take a random car they made and slap a name on it to satisfy us.
