This being said I could easily play GTA V for all of eternity as there is an endless amount of things you can do. You could potentialy in the same scenario base jump, parachute then descend to a nearby boat then throw on scuba gear, dive down and find a shipwreck, fin valuables then sell them and find a new thing to do with that money like get a hooker, then drive off a cliff, parachute, and watch it crash to a million pieces at the bottom of the ravine. This game will allow us to put our imaginations to the test and let us see what unfolds after we though of it. I don't know another game with the same replay value as Grand Theft Auto, its honestly hurting my head trying to think of a game up to par with GTA. gtaman533 Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 Yeah Vice City is still great as you said I still have a ton of fun especially with those cheats, but I think cheats will be different in GTA V. Maybe we'll have to unlock them throughout the game, or maybe they could be engraved in the walls of shipwrecks and caves. It's always nice to think a game has so much that it won't be boring, but eventually it does get boring. Hopefully V will be timeless like SA and IV where you can still enjoy it fully even after so many years.And yes I said IV for all of you haters. IV was a timeless game. Yes, IV is. The way I've played in tournaments with R* Devs in IV, RDR and MP3, Im sure V's mp is gonna be nothing short of a masterpiece. I dont get why people hate on mp. If it dont suit you dont play it. But you guys have to go far as to insult us by saying "only COD kids play multiplayer, true fans stick to sp" (not just referring to you btw). After a few hours HALO 4 got borning and I still never bothered to finish it to this day. Fifa got boring after 3 Days and Skyrim got boring after a week. Iv GOT Boring for me About after 4 Days to a week. Multiplayer takes longer to get bored of. BF3 multiplayer, before the DLC's and COD Migration I would play with hours with my XBL friends. Every game gets boring after awhile, but I'm sure that like the other GTA games, RDR, and games like the Elder Scrolls series, just to name a few, they'll be the type of games you can play for 100 Hours put it down for a few weeks if not longer, and then pick it back up and enjoy the game again like it hasn't been but two days since you've played it last. That said I'm fairly sure V will last me about a month, to a month and a half before I fully put it down, then give it another month or so and I'll be back playing it again. I don't care if people play MP. Its great they do. I do too. But GTA V is a SINGLE PLAYER game. It was made for one player to play. Single Player games have a longer replay value. Want to know why? Once this generation of consoles leaves who will be playing most online games? Maybe 1/5 or 1/6 of the amount of players we have right now. IV got a bit boring a month after completing story/assassination missions and I dont care about 100% completion and wasnt interested in finding birds but driving and police chases were still awesome. V (if its as good as we expect) will be the game I will play regularly for years to come with short breaks to complete other good games but then will come back to V.
