It just means that R* have submitted a video/gameplay package to the ratings bored and it's been rated. They don't show the whole game. Nice find though. I am in the US, and I guess I have not been in any subways recently, because I have not seen any such public ads yet. I would love to see more posters taking up more space in the streets. Maybe they could take down some unimportant stuff like tourist signs and bus information posters in the cities and put GTAV advertisements up? It would far better for everyone. It was after this that we had our spanner thrown into the machine, throwing the release date back etc. Seemed like the equivelent of being almost ready to press an album, only to decdide to delay in order to add an extra track! In between the publication of those promo posters/that trailer, and now, the rating did go back to RP, and not it's 18/17 again it seems.
