Slenderman (one word, I guess?) would be the myth to expose. The "other thing," like a cannibal serial killer, would be real. You can't spell "wilderness" without "wild." douggoud Posted May 20, 2013 Share Posted May 20, 2013 I mentioned it before in another thread, I think that the closest thing we'll get to Slenderman is some sort of sit hanging from a tree at night deep in the forest and there will be thin, pointy branches sticking out of the back to give that illusion of Slenderman, sort of like an easter egg or something. While driving around in a remote forest area, you come upon a partially hidden dirt road leading deeper into the woods. After a few minutes the trail comes to an end, and you find yourself outside an old cabin. After searching through the upper and ground floors without finding anything of interest, you discover a door hiding a staircase leading into the basement. What you discover in the basement is a scene straight from a nightmare. Blood-covered tools and menacing contraptions litter the tables and floors, and the metallic smell of blood is so strong it sticks to your tongue. You walk deeper into the basement, fearful of what you might discover. You hear a whimpering sound from a closet.
