BlackNoise Posted May 20, 2013 Share Posted May 20, 2013 I doubt it. This isn't The Sims y'know. Why do we have in depth car customization? This isn't MC:LA. Why do we have in depth shooting? This isn't Max Payne of Call of Duty. Why do we have racing? This isn't Need for Speed Underground. Why can we buy businesses? This is not a build an empire game... You see where that dumb argument gets you? No where. Customizing cars makes sense since most of the game involves cars, and theres always been racing in GTA games so why not customize cars to make it look different, also guns are used mostly aswell soooooo yeah. The business thing works well too i guess This and it's also about the performance. I know some people want safehouse customization and to each their own, but I've never understood it. I don't want to customize something just to look at it sometimes. I also like to see how R* decorated everything. Maybe if you could buy games it would be cool. Something like pool tables, dart boards, arcade/pinball machines etc. would be pretty cool, but just to decorate seems pointless IMO. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's more or less left for a game like the Sims to become actually interesting, GTA isn't about Building Houses or Painting Walls. It's about the joy of killing peds, murdering cops, pulling off heists, driving and jacking so many cars you loose your mind in the game itself, then becoming one with the game.. You shouldn't hate people just because they have a different opinion than you. People take that "option" sh*t too far. If I'm asked whether I like something or not, I'm not gonna consider everybody else's opinion. I'm just gonna say how I feel about it. And it wouldn't just be a simple option anyways. It would be something that pops up every time I enter my safehouse, asking me if I want to customize it. In my opinion, it shouldn't be in the game, because I don't want it. With bigger garage you could have more cars saved in there etc. But when talking about decorating safehouses, like buying new furnitures... I just see that pretty useless. Just my opinion. If we could buy stuff like pool tables, Qu'b3d machine, hot tubs, big TV to watch, etc and we can interact with them as well as the friends like a game of pool I might just actually spend some time messing with this feature. So don't be so quick to shoot down the idea guys Safehouse customizations would be a BIG plus for us RP players who like to enjoy what the game has to offer us, it's more than just enjoying the story and doing what you're instructed to do. This would add such a replay value to the game for those of us who know how to fully enjoy the game, better than other players, and play with more creativity.
